Smart Vision Cameras — Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Smart Vision Cameras through smartvisioncameras.com.

1. Who we are. Smart Vision Cameras ("we", "us") trades from 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. You can contact us any time at sales@smartvisioncameras.com.

2. Orders and pricing. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include delivery within the destinations listed on the product page. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Delivery. We dispatch from our warehouse to the destinations listed on the store. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided by email when your parcel ships.

4. Returns and refunds. You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights. To arrange a return, email sales@smartvisioncameras.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

5. Warranty. Our cameras carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated IP rating, or normal wear.

6. Business and trade orders. Trade accounts and wholesale pricing are offered separately and are governed by the terms quoted to you in writing.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you made your purchase, and nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
