Refund & Returns Policy

30-day money back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to send it back for a refund.

How to start a return

Email sales@smartvisioncameras.com with your order number and tell us you would like to return the item. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — it helps us find your order and refund you faster.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be in a resaleable condition — not damaged, and with all parts that came in the box. The camera and solar panel should be clean and free of damage.
  • Please keep the original packaging where possible, as it protects the item in transit.
  • The 4G data plan is a service activated on the camera and is not refundable once purchased.

Who pays return postage

  • If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — we pay the return postage and we will refund or replace it. Send us a photo of the problem and we will sort it out.
  • If you have simply changed your mind — you pay the return postage. Please use a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the price you paid to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We will email you to confirm the refund has been issued.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. If you are a consumer in Ireland, the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our 30-day guarantee is deliberately longer than that minimum. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Irish, UK or EU consumer law, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
